Pike Place Bakery has been family owned and operated since 1983 and was founded by Genaro Perez. Genaro has passed down the traditions of baking from the freshest ingredients and cake decorating to his family. Currently Pike Place Bakery is owned by Nedy Mecina, Genaro's wife, along with the assistance of their children Roxanna and Genaro Perez Jr.   Our bakers are Genaro Perez Jr., and his brother Danny Perez. They begin baking at 1:00 a.m. to ensure everything is fresh.
